Pat,  are these terminals near a wall that has the main electrical service
running through it? I have a company here in town that has terminals against
the wall on the 2nd floor. Directly below them is the main electrical
service for the entire building and most of it runs in the wall directly
behind the terminals. Needless to day they are a mess... we tried several
types of insulators on the wall and finally just moved them.
