I think you mean CFGTCPPTP, which I have done.

This presents a menu but doesn't explain what steps are required. I have
referred to the IBM literature but find it confusing. Following the
directions as best I can has not resulted in success.

What I would like is a list of the steps needed to set this up. I can fill
in the details.
