Synapse has exactly the feature you need which is called "screen capture"
in both their WinAPPC (SNA) and NetWolf (TCP/IP) products.  Essentially,
you start screen capture" and "stop screen capture" and then it requests a
.txt file name for the output.  All screens are captured to this text file.
 An eval/demo copy is available at http://www.synapse.com.
