A couple of months ago, when we received our new 620 that was ordered from
another unnamed co., it came with no operating system and no CD.  Until V4R3
was ordered and received here, we had to borrow V4R2 from another company.
This was a side by side upgrade from an F45, so the OS should have been
ordered.  Our confidence in our vendor took a real nosedive!
