• Subject: EOFDLY doesn't work for empty files? - follow up

About a month ago I asked why EOFDLY didn't seem to work when the file is
empty of records. I believe we've found a workaround: avoid SETLL, and
only use READ. When structured without a SETLL it seems to work OK.
