These answers are all in the same vein as our reactions: It isn't possible, what really happened. At this point we have no idea. The user is a shift employee with no computer skills, working off the terminal at his shift station. This will fall into the list of mysteries. Not Easter Island perhaps, but certainly the Last Great Mystery of '98.
