the as/400 gasping for air thread got me thinking all day...

how many rewrite projects are there out there, that are replacing 36 or
as/400 applications, that won't be ready in time for the y2k.

and what will the effect of that be?  late this year, i predict lots of
companies will be in deep trouble when they find their projects aren't
going to be done in time, or the rewrite is junk....
