Regarding your question on Millennium Solutions (MS4 tool) and Precision
and their relationship, I do understand what is going on between those two
organizations.  I have legal documentation to back it up.  The courts have
all sided with Millennium.  If you wish, call me in my office and I can
forward the respective documents.  I would be interested to hear what you
have been hearing.
