     I'm glad I'm not the only one that is reasonably pleased with 
     softcopy cd. I've not had any problems finding information as I do 
     a global scan every time. It's fairly fast and painless (unlike 
     some of the alternatives). I don't print my manuals.

That's number one on my hit list. I actually like the softcopy reasonably
well. Granted, it's next to impossible to find something if you don't know
what book to look in, but once you're in the right one, the search is a
great time saver. I much prefer the softcopy over paper. With the exception
of API parameter descriptions, I hardly ever print anything anymore.
