IT's real easy.
If you don't want to "all out of the "Muther" ",   After the QCMDEXC
call a CLP (or Message API) to receive messages to the program's message
queue,  and either retreive them or forward them where ever you want.

Just wrote this code for someone yesterday,  If you want the 10 or so 
lines of CLP let me know.
