RE: Change Management System

We have been using Softlanding for about 6 years and we find the support 
excellent.  They respond quickly to problems.  We have requested many "special" 
features and they went ahead and incorporated them in their production 
versions. There are some issues with setup if you require adopted authority, 
but the package handles them well once it is setup.
