We (Aldon) offer AS/400 based project management through our change
management system, Aldon/CMS.  We can tie in user request management through
a full blown help desk or a simple AS/400 or PC based requester module.  You
also have the option of using a Lotus Notes module, providing request forms,
approval cycles, email notification of status changes, document sharing and
general workflow management.
