RE: LIBL limitation of 25 libraries

*sigh* Would that we had that choice.  We have some software products for
which I have to assume we are the Alpha site.  I say that based on some of
the programming nightmares we have had to deal with (i.e. counting from 1 to
5,000,000 to delay a job for a half second).  

I believe legislation is now pending introduce the death penalty for the above 
offence.
Should that fail to gather the required number of votes, there's a second bill 
pending
to introduce sterilisation as the penalty.  We may have to live with it for a 
while longer,
but at least the future programming world will be safer for our descendants !
