Well, David has discussed creating an "off-topic" forum (although possible
moderators were not quick to "pony up").  Sample code is quite large, and
presents a problem for our overseas brethren (sistren?) who must pay to
download it whether they need it or not.  Nothing like the way HelpSystems
clutters up the system portion of the library list with their libraries, eh
;-)?  While I think that your 75% off-topic figure is more than a little high,
your point is well taken.  However, most persons offering code either post it
on their web sites or offer to send it to you if you mail them directly.
Please check into the latter...
