Lexmark Optra K 1220 -- MIDRANGE-L

        We recently acquired a Lexmark Optra K 1220.  The printer isn't getting 
along with the AS/400.  The AS/400 consistently drops the writer.  The 
error is PQT3621 (Internal Message ID CPINT004).  Does anyone else have one 
of these printers and experienced similar problems.  We are on 4R1 and the 
printer is configured as a device type *IPDS, device class *LAN.  Any 
assistance is appreciated.
