>From my deepest heart, even though you MAY technically get it working, bag
it and get a Motorola UDS V.3400 with it's LCD readout and push button
config system.  Works great, has V.25bis for autodial, and is simple.  Even
if you could get the AT&T into sync mode you then can't talk to it for
status.  Too much trouble.

Like trying to teach a pig to sit.  Frustrating to you and annoying to the
pig.
