I recommend and sell the Synapse RemoteAPPC product which offers a Fast (up
to 115kb), secure async dialup communication to the AS/400. It supports up
to 16 concurrent WinAPPC client connections for full featured Windows based
display/printer emulation and file transfer. It includes firewall
security, dialback, callerID, and user scheduling. It works with any
version of Windows (3.11, 95, 98, NT, and 2000).

RemoteAPPC runs in a PC (486-66 minimum) attached to your AS400 any
physical way (twinax, LAN, SDLC). The client is WinAPPC or WinAPPC Lite.
There is no router to load at the client.
