Vuong, You misinterpret his comments. He's not being critical of those wishing to learn - as the comments were not directed at you. He was merely trying to suggest better ways of learning the AS/400 as Midrange-L is not set up for teaching the AS/400 to those who don't know it. We all agree that training new people on the AS/400 is important, it's just that this isn't really the place to do it. Try some of these links. Some require (free) registration. How do you would like people to treat you when you ask them for advise and help? Could they assume that someone will eventually help you (like you assume) instead of giving them some tips or leads of where to start? I need help and advise, not criticism or comment.
