You could use FTP if you have IP configured and a LAN connection.  You could
automate the file xfer (PUT) in an FTP script and then even initiate the
AS400 program to process the data once the data is transfered.  The data
will end up on the AS400 in a physical file.  It is pretty straight forward
to set up and work pretty well.
