At our shop we have 2 programmers.  I will convert code to RPGIV if I am
doing a modification or creating a new program.  However the other
programmer has the opinion that there is no sense in learning this since RPG
is going away,  IBM will not be doing any further enhancements, and the big
push is JAVA, so if we are going to do anything should we start
concentrating on JAVA?
