"Well, no, but we'll make it all up later with our improved > productivity." yeah, that's kinda like us. only i'm also the management! so the approach we've taken is to convert programs as they are modified. and the y2k has given us reason to do a bunch of them... but my frugal side hates to pay money to change a program that hasn't been used in years, and may never be used again.
