You are wright, the TEXT, COLHDG keyword do not influence the file level. But 
the fileds names, relative position, type and length do.

If I change only the TEXT on that field and recreate the file, will the
file level change and I'll get level checks or not?  I'm going to test
this today.

I assume if I change the field _name_ the file level will change.
