× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Or  perhaps, in some cases, we should try to change how the Customer spends
the dime....
charging on a per project basis instead of per hour.

Yes, there are pros and cons, so it is just an idea.
