        Which part of the label is it.  I have ###### NEWS   #### on the first 
line.  Which number is it or is it a combination of numbers?

It's called Newslink/400.  There are instructions for accessing it at the
News/400 web site - follow the links to Newslink.  To actually get to it,
you need the subscription number off the mailing label on a recent News/400
magazine - that's your User Name on their news server.  The password is
always NEWS400PRO (case sensitive, I believe).  Traffic has been light, but
it's been starting to pick up lately.  They provide technical support IF you
use Free Agent as your newsgroup reader - you can download a "customized"
version from there - but in fact any standard newsreader will work fine.  I
use Outlook Express, myself, and have used several others in the past.
