As far as I know, getting the username at member level may not be possible from DSPOBJD or any such direct commands. May be you can try the journal files. If your files are journalled, may be you can find the entries in the journal files about the username who created the member. Member creation date, change date.... can be obtained directly from DSPOBJD or DSPFD but not the user who created each member.
