Wonder if you are having other problems.  I get thru just fine.

I tried pinging it, but get a "not reachable" from 166.93.3.253.
www.news400.com resolves to 205.56.55.10.  That tells me that they are
behind a firewall.  That is why you can't ping it.  But you should be
able to HTTP over port 80 with no problem.
