Login as QSECOFR. Crank up WRKLIBPDM *ALLUSR and take option 4 for all of the 
non-IBM libraries. I think there's a function key to submit the commands. If 
you're using QS36F, you can use CLRLIB on it. WRKOUTQ *ALL and manually issue 
CLROUTQ commands for anything that has more than zero entries in it. DLTOUTQ if 
you like after they're all empty. WRKOBJPDM OBJTYPE(*DEVD) and delete all 
devices except DSP01. WRKOBJPDM OBJTYPE(*CTLD) and delete away. Do the same for 
*LIND objects. WRKUSRPRF and delete all user profiles that don't begin with Q. 
Not a comprehensive list, but that's all that I can think of that might make a 
difference.
