C vs C++ LPP Question..

 For those of you working in this area, I am trying to decide rather I 
need both the (5769-CX2) ILE C for AS/400 and the (5769-CX5) Visualage 
for C++ for AS/400 products on my system.  With the AIX complilers I get 
a good ansi C from the C++ licensed product. Is the OS/400 solution the 
same or do I need both LPP's ??
