        It has been awhile, but I seem to remember doing this with a msgq 
instead of with a data queue.  If you hang a msg handler on the msg queue 
of the receiving party, you will see the file arrived msg in the handler 
and can then use the rcvnetf command to handle it, or send a data queue 
entry to another task if necessary..
