Greetins everyone,

I am an IS student currently doing my work placement in a large
manufacturing plant that uses an AS/400. My problem is this:

I am trying to configure a 3197 terminal as both a display station and
a printer. I should note that the printer attached to this terminal is
a "Zebra" Label Printer.

I've gone through the setup about 10 times already, and the AS/400 does
not recognize the printer. It appears as though the output queue
is created, but nothing prints. This printer was recognized by the
as/400 before, don't ask me how it got removed.

I've been on the phone with IBM hardware support for two weeks now, and
it seems that it is now a software problem. If anyone can help, I would
greatly appreciate it.

Thanks in Advance
