If you know what the attributes are for Red/White/Blink, etc., just write them to the first byte of a line of source code. I'm not sure if you can use a terminal and the HEX key (Do they still exist?) to input the attributes. Beware: Attributes do different things on green screens compared to color terminals compared to PCs. --Paul E Musselman PaulMmn@ix.netcom.com +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
