Frankly I've not found any inclusive list of  vendors from either IBM's, 
news400 or Midrange computing's web sites.

Four of the top five ERP vendors have AS/400 versions.  They are, in no
particular order: SAP, BaaN, J.D. Edwards, and Peoplesoft (AS/400-NT
solution).  Oracle is the one top ERP vendor that does not have an
AS/400 solution.  Other ERP vendors with AS/400 solutions include SSA,
JBA, Intentia, Mapics, Marcam...
