Susan,

it's a Hayes Optima...and I use it alot, but with the Micro Integration
remote notebook software....  and I'm coming in via the ECS modem....  And
it will also depend on which modem you're using...

I've not had the time to try to get c/a to work with it, but that's on my
to do list...
