Look at CA (although some on this forum most likely disagree) New functionality for operation navigator and remote console may do most everything you will need. Additionally, there are new commands available that eliminate the need to be right at the hardware. Do not however expect to perform DST or similar functions remotely. Yes Larry I did say Operations Navigator!!!!! ______________________________ Reply Separator _________________________________ Subject: Remote console's Author: <MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com> at Tcpgate Date: 10/16/98 12:20 PM Quite some time ago I posted a message asking if anyone knew of any remote console products that would allow me to literally do anything from home that I could from the AS/400 console. At that time the only solution offered up was a product called RCW/3x from BSP Information Services. While this product looks like it will probably meet my needs, quite some time has passed so I just thought I'd check one more time to see if there is anything else I should look at. Also, does anyone know how this solution would differ from running PC Anywhere on a console PC? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
