Back when I used CA regularly, I was an outspoken critic of the product and was even quoted years ago (sans credit) for stating on this list that "IBM should scrap the CA product entirely and deliver the kind of stability and functionality that AS/400 users have come to expect from them" in reference to the fact that CA was nothing more than a renamed version of PC Support.
