I have an alternate:  We contracted with IBM to upgrade our remote AS/400s
to v4r2m0.  We're being charged a flat rate for the service.

Would a fixed price for a particular service be viewed differently than an
hourly rate?  (one location's upgrade isn't going to make IBM -any- money.
They had a few problems.  (:   )

I'll look up the price we were charged when I get to work tomorrow.
