Sometimes we need to vary the line off/on even though it looks as though everything is up and running fine. We have to rely on the remote location to tell us that there's something wrong, and that everyone is unable to work. Of course, once we get our network management company on board, they'll be able to detect the problems and let us know ahead of time. --Paul E Musselman PaulMmn@ix.netcom.com +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
