David/Larry, We are reasonably satisfied users of Transformation Server, using it for both data backup to a second system and test dataset construction. The Promoter feature of Mimix is very simple to duplicate using Transformation Server, although it's not immediately obvious from the documentation how easy it is to do, nor is it quite as "slick" as Promoter since it doesn't have a special purpose interface and can't perform the actual promotion itself. It can achieve the same result, though, which is what matters. Softlanding Systems also has a similar product, Turnover PDQ. I was told (but don't know if it's true) that they worked closely with either Mimix or Lakeview on the product.
