If you mean mirroring in reverse when running on the backup machine,
OMS does this.  If you mean replicating both ways at the same time, I
don't see the need for HSA.

Domino has a feature called 'clustering'.  It comes with the 'Advanced 
Services package' although I think they have repackaged this.  This 
allows you to use either server at the same time and your databases 
will be kept in sync.  If one server is busy then it can even perform 
load balancing.  I've tested this by dropping a server.  The clients 
automatically switch over with just a message in the status line - 
fantastic - freaking floored me! This, any many other features, is 
making Domino a premier package for distributed databases, (using the 
term database loosely).

One of my major concerns about HSA products is how to implement them in
 an actual emergency.  Being able to use a system console as the only 
display device doesn't cut it anymore.  Having to reconfigure 700 LAN 
PC's is highly undesirable.  What do you do?  Shoot the SNA users?  
Just change the DNS for all of the TCP/IP users?  What if your downed 
AS/400 was your DNS?
