What is SRVQRY?

Hello all,

In APAR #SA72419, I saw a mention of SRVQRY which looks like a 
command. The APAR says SRVQRY IXAO(*NO) solves the problem. But I 
don't know SRVQRY... In my system, there is no object by the name of
SRVQRY. Does anyone know what is SRVQRY?
