yes this is what i want to do.

i don't get this. you're writing the 1st two screens
and yet using EXFMT for the 3rd one, why? how come you don't WRITE
that one as well, or just use EXFMT on all 3 rec. fmts?

at most i'll be using 2 rec. fmts. at one time in my
pgm.

problem is, that i want to use CALL QCMDEXC from my rpg pgm to fill in
the middle of my screen between my header and footer rec. fmts.
