Ravi
They are User Spaces and User Indexes over those User Spaces.  For example
when you use system API's to say retreive job information, You have to 
create a User Space first because the API doesn't return the information
via parms,  Instead I will load that information into a User Space name that
you provide on the call to the API.  Then you retreive the info from the 
User Space.   A User Index can be built over that User Space to sort the
information however you would like.  

You can Create A User Space in say Qtemp and use it Like the LDA if you'd 
like or a lot of other things.
