I agree. This MIGHT have been possible 6 or 7 years ago and could (?) have applied to the majority of folks programming, but with RPG/400, ILE, VRPG, Case Tools (which of course REAL programmers don't use <BG>), CODE/400, SQL and the ability to get data from multiple sources/platforms through ODBC and C/A transfer, FTP, etc. - NO WAY !! And it could WELL turn into the mess that Novell had with their "paper CNE's" a few years back (and of course the SAME mistake that Microsoft is reinventing with their certification program...).
