As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

At V4R2, I had to put a copy of CALL in a library only available to my dummy 
FTP user profile and change it to ALWLMTCPB(*YES) in order to allow it to 
initiate a program that processes a batch after it is transferred, so I guess 
the answer is yes. It does check and honor LMTCPB.
