Michael-
We also use ACOM for our checks.  And I have created other forms on Quick
Form for Windows, but for upload to the AS400 to be merged with data there.
It sounds like you want to use it on the PC though.  I don't know how that
could be done unless your PC app was made to use a PCX form.
