Richard, When you say the line description was gone, are you looking at the controller status screen or are you looking at the line description/status screen? If you are looking at the controller status screen, it won't show the line until the controller is active. Also, I think when you do a copy, check that the "attached line" field is not blank on the new description and expecting you to fill it in. Glenn Gundermann Ronald A.
