Congratulations, Mitsuhiro!
You have seen a legitimate AS/400 Y2K bug.  We've got a fix put into
the base of a 'future' release, and are working on a PTF for existing
releases.

If you need the PTF, you should work with your level 2 support people
to report the problem and track the PTF.
