The 25% figure begs the question:  Do they consider this a new
customer?

An existing customer buys a new box (not an upgrade) to use it for
something they haven't done before, say... an
intranet/extranet/webserver/domino server?

I know that a lot of current as400 customers are buying a new e model
strictly for that very reason.
