My $.02 the interface is clunky unforgiving and they don't understand the
concepts of a relational database
conceptual they are strong and understand HR far more than I would ever care
to sap is a stronger overall again $$$$$$

I have attended two weeks of classes and have had to work with there
database

Hello All,

A client is looking for some HR software to run on the 400.  They need
payroll, HR, and a nice to have would be labor tracking.

They've asked about PeopleSoft, does anyone have any experience with it,
good or bad?

Any other favorite or not-so-happy-with packages?
