First I heard of this potential problem....   

We tried to duplicate this problem on a v4r2 system here this afternoon
and were unable to do so.  We will need your help to trace its
occurrence. We need a comm trace, a vlic trace of the sockets and the
TCP components - all taken at the tie of the problem.  It might be good
to see a code snippet of your sockets source where the problem is
ocurring too.  

If you can provide that info thru level 2, it would be appreciated.
